Cathy Fernandez is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience in managing payroll operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Payroll, Benefits and HRIS Manager at Alcora Corporation since July 2023, Cathy previously held roles including Payroll Leader/Manager at Dental Whale® and Payroll Manager at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics. With a strong background in overseeing international and multistate payroll, maintaining payroll records for a workforce of over 1,100 employees, and implementing compliant payroll policies, Cathy has demonstrated leadership in payroll administration throughout their career. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. and Palmetto Health Center, complemented by education from Barbara Goleman and Miami Dade College.
