Julia Spicher

Julia Spicher currently serves as the Manager of Regionalization at ALCOSAN, a position held since August 2016, and has also contributed to the organization as a Civil Engineer. Prior to this role, Julia Spicher worked at Greeley and Hansen from May 2006 to August 2016 as an Environmental Engineer. Julia Spicher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, completing studies there from 2002 to 2006.
