Fleur Amsen

Fleur Amsen has extensive experience in business analysis and business process management. Fleur is currently working as the Head of Business Analysis & Business Process Management at Ayvens since November 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at LeasePlan from January 2023 to November 2023. Before that, they worked as a Lead Business Analyst at LeasePlan from August 2020 to January 2023. Fleur also worked as a Business Analyst - Online Channels at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from August 2018 to July 2020. Fleur Amsen has previous experience as a Business Analyst and Operational Analyst at Ingenico ePayments | Shaping the Future of Payments from February 2010 to July 2018. Fleur began their career as a Clinical Research Associate at the University of Sydney, where they worked on two large studies within the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Fleur Amsen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Bewegingswetenschappen (Human Movement Science) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2007. Fleur then went on to earn a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Movement Science from VU Amsterdam in 2009. Prior to their university education, Fleur completed their V.W.O. degree in Natuur & Gezondheid (Nature & Health) from Atheneum College Hageveld between 1998 and 2004. Additionally, Fleur holds several certifications in business analysis and process modeling from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, earned between 2015 and 2017, as well as a Lean Green Belt certification from the Lean Competency System obtained in 2020.
