Jeroen Kruisweg

Jeroen Kruisweg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group Regional Director APAC, BeLux, Ireland, and Nordics at Ayvens since May 2023, Jeroen oversees a diverse team of 1,900 FTE across multiple countries. Previously, Jeroen held the position of Regional Director Benelux at ALD Automotive, managing a fleet of 180,000 across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Jeroen's career includes significant leadership positions at ALD Automotive Nederland as CEO and Commercial Director roles at Canon Nederland N.V. and various marketing and sales roles at Atos and Sun Microsystems. Jeroen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University, a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from the University of Groningen, and has pursued further education at INSEAD and McGill University.
