Roderick Jorna

Roderick Jorna currently serves as the Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Ayvens, following the rebranding from ALD | LeasePlan in October 2023. Prior to this role, Roderick held various leadership positions at LeasePlan, including Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President of integration, and Chief Financial Officer for France, with extensive responsibilities in finance and integration across multiple regions. Roderick's career also includes significant experience at McKinsey & Company, advancing from Business Analyst to Associate Partner, and internships at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Lehman Brothers. Roderick holds an MBA from INSEAD and multiple degrees from Maastricht University, including an MSc in International Business and an LLM in Dutch Law.
