Kellie Turner

Kellie Turner is an experienced professional in business development and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Alder Packaging since February 2024. Prior experience includes three years as a Packaging Consultant at TricorBraun, where business development and management of a client portfolio were key responsibilities, along with recognition in various achievement clubs and receiving the Rookie of the Year Award in 2021. Previously, Kellie held recruiting positions across several organizations, including Sift, Weedmaps, and Build Staffing Group, specializing in high growth tech startups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Ohio University and an Associate’s Degree from Salt Lake Community College, as well as additional training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
