Nancy Winder has extensive experience in financial operations and customer support, currently serving as Finance Tech II at Alderwood Water & Wastewater District since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at Heritage Bank NW for eight years, progressing from Senior IRA/HSA Account Processing Specialist, where responsibilities included deposit operations and IRS tax corrections, to Account/Cash Vault Specialist II, focusing on client support and regulatory compliance. Nancy's earlier career includes positions at Whidbey Island Bank as a Call Center Specialist and a diverse range of roles at City Bank, including ACH Coordinator and Staff Trainer. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree from Edmonds College and additional coursework at the American Institute of Banking and FHH.
