Ana Gámez Merino

Ana Gámez Merino is an experienced Learning & Development Project Manager at ALDI ESPAÑA since December 2012. In this role, Ana is responsible for identifying training needs across various departments and designing the annual training plan for employees. Additional responsibilities include the development and implementation of performance evaluation programs for store managers and coordinating related training sessions. Prior to this, Ana worked in roles such as Técnica Compensación y beneficios, providing labor support and managing IT components, and as an HR-recruiter, focusing on internal client needs and job postings. Ana also held the position of Adjunta Responsable de tienda at Ibertime Watch Group S.L. from January 2006 to May 2012 and is a co-owner of the company. Educational achievements include a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
