Catherine Castro is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in planning and logistics. Currently serving as Supply Chain Planning & Replenishment Manager at ALDI ESPAÑA since February 2023, Catherine previously held roles at DABA as Coordinador Supply Planning and Senior Demand Planner, where responsibilities included managing product supply and participating in S&OP processes. Prior experience includes positions at Sanofi as Demand Planner, PepsiCo Venezuela as Técnico de Compras and Técnico de Supply Chain & Logistics, and Empresas Polar as Analista de Mantenimiento. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics from EAE Business School and has further qualifications in operations management and industrial engineering from IESA and Universidad Metropolitana.
