Furthermore, Eduardo pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Biotechnology from the University of Reading in 1989-1990 and obtained an Agronomic Technical Engineer degree in Food Industries from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 1985-1989. Eduardo also holds additional certifications, including a Certificate in English as a Medium of Instruction from Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona (obtained year: 2020) and a Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment (obtained year: 1988).
