Tommy Li

Tommy Li is a Senior Specialist in IT at ALDI Hong Kong since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in information systems support and technology management from previous roles. Prior to ALDI, Tommy served as an IS Service Delivery Analyst at Lloyd's Register from June 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing high volumes of support calls and providing technical assistance for desktop, application, and network infrastructure. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Desktop Network Engineer at Syniverse Technologies from October 2007 to March 2011, focusing on technology support for desktop and network systems. Tommy Li holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer and Network Technologies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
