Mark Aldrich

Mark Aldrich serves as President and CEO of Aldrich & Bonnefin, PLC since 1980, overseeing the firm's Corporate Practice Group, which encompasses commercial lending, employment law, and corporate securities law. Expertise includes defense of regulatory enforcement actions, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions, along with handling various bank regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Mark Aldrich worked in the Legal Department of Security Pacific National Bank from 1976 to 1980. Mark Aldrich obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from USC Gould School of Law between 1977 and 1979, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University from 1972 to 1976.
