Krista Roberts

Krista Roberts started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2000, where they held various roles including Product Marketing Specialist, Territory Manager, and eventually Product Marketing Manager for North America and Latin America. Krista was responsible for leading commercial activities and managing business plans. In 2009, they joined Aldridge Electric as a Marketing Manager before progressing to roles such as Director of Talent Management and Vice President of Talent Management. As of June 2022, Krista is the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Aldridge Electric.

From 1992 to 1996, Krista attended Barrington High School and completed their high school education.

From 1996 to 2000, they enrolled at Bradley University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.

In 2015-2016, Krista attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed an Executive Education program in the field of Advanced Management.

Additionally, in August 2020, they obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
