Lena Börjesson

Lena Bailby is an experienced R&D Engineer and Technical Coordinator specializing in the development and innovation of cosmetic formulations, particularly for face and eye products. Currently at LUXCOS since March 2021, Lena oversees a team of five while managing innovation projects, sourcing packaging, and providing technical support across various departments. Prior experiences include Formulation Chemist roles at Oriflame Cosmetics, where Lena developed complex color cosmetic formulations and prioritized sustainable ingredients, as well as positions as a Raw Material Chemist and a clinical testing intern at Coty. Lena holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Montpellier, complemented by a technical degree in Chemistry.
