Chris Nowak

Chris Nowak has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Chris is currently the President of the OE Division at Alea Leather Specialists, Inc., where they focus on revolutionizing custom leather interiors with high-quality Italian leather hides. Prior to their current role, Chris was the VP of OEM Business Development at FOX Factory, where they directed account management processes for various automotive companies and developed long-term customer/product strategies. Chris also held senior management positions at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and DaimlerChrysler, where they oversaw product development, led cross-functional teams, and implemented organizational growth initiatives. Notably, they served as the Chief Engineer for the design and development of the Dodge Challenger. Chris has a strong background in engineering, manufacturing feasibility, and collaboration between design and engineering teams.

Chris Nowak has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Chris also holds a Master's in Business Administration and Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
