Ian McFadden is a seasoned CPG professional with extensive experience in the cannabis, bakery, and candy manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Quality and Operations at Aleafia Health since December 2020, Ian has previously held leadership roles such as General Manager at The Green Organic Dutchman and multiple positions at Dare Foods Limited, including Plant Manager for both the Bakery and Candy Divisions. Ian's expertise lies in facility start-ups, with a strong emphasis on people and team development through continuous improvement, operational readiness, and effective execution. Ian began their career at Siemens Wind Power as a Supervisor.
