Jason Ellsmere

Jason Ellsmere is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing with extensive experience in the beverage and cannabis industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Commercial at Aleafia Health since August 2020, Jason leads the sales and marketing strategy for retail and recreational cannabis products, expanding responsibilities to include medical sales management. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director of Sales at WeedMD, where responsibilities included selling recreational cannabis products and managing provincial accounts, alongside hiring and leading an in-house sales team. Jason's earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Beau's All Natural Brewing Co. and General Manager at CAMERON'S Brewing Company, where sustainable growth strategies and Lean Manufacturing methodologies were implemented. Additionally, Jason contributed as a Board Member for Ontario Craft Brewers from 2005 to 2010 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Mohawk College.
