Johanna Bälter

Johanna Bälter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Alecta since February 2022. Previously, Johanna worked at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset from July 2017 to February 2022 as an HR-partner, providing proactive and consultative support to managers on strategic and operational HR matters. Johanna also held roles as an HR Specialist in rehabilitation and as an HR consultant at Hultsfreds kommun, where responsibilities included supporting managers within the social services sector and assisting individuals in their journey toward employment. Earlier career experiences included roles in customer service and team leadership at Ica Kvantum Sickla and Adecco Group, respectively. Johanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Personnel Administration from Stockholm University.
