Danielle Pasqualone

Danielle Pasqualone currently serves as General Counsel at Alector, a position held since June 2019, where additional roles include Interim General Counsel and Vice President of Intellectual Property. Prior to Alector, Danielle held the title of Vice President and Executive Director of Intellectual Property at Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc. from January 2017 to June 2019. Danielle's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Genentech from October 2005 to January 2017, as well as a Patent Attorney at Finnegan Henderson from 2003 to 2005. Danielle began a career at Incyte Genomics as a Technical Writer and Patent Agent from 1997 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a PhD in Molecular Biology from Cornell University, and a BS in Molecular Biology from Penn State University.
