Jiahong Sun

Jiahong Sun is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in neuroscience and pharmacology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Alector since May 2022, Jiahong Sun previously held positions as a Scientist at TrueBinding and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Keck Graduate Institute/Chapman University, where key contributions included optimizing the production of human brain endothelial cells and conducting in vivo drug studies for Alzheimer's Disease. Jiahong Sun's academic background includes dual Ph.D. degrees in Neuroscience and Pharmacology from UNT Health Science Center and West Virginia University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.
