Kevin McCauley

Kevin McCauley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kevin currently holds the position of Vice President, Technical Operations & Supply Chain at Alector since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director, Technical Operations at Alector from October 2018 to May 2023. Before joining Alector, Kevin worked as a Consultant, Investor, and Builder at their self-owned company since 2015. Kevin also had an extensive tenure at Genentech, starting in 2004. During their time at Genentech, they held various positions such as Senior Manager / Group Leader, Global Product Transfers; Technology Transfer Leader; Principal Contract Manufacturing Site Manager, Manufacturing Collaborations; Transition & Integration Manager; and Senior Project Manager. Before joining Genentech, Kevin worked as a Manager of Development Project Management at Millennium Pharmaceuticals from 2002 to 2003. Kevin began their career in 1994 at COR Therapeutics, Inc., where they served as the Quality Control Laboratory Manager and was later involved in Drug Development.

Kevin McCauley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1994.
