Dee Candlish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of People Relations and Payroll at Alectra since February 2017, Dee previously held the role of Manager for Compensation and Business Analysis at the same company. Prior to joining Alectra, Dee worked at Horizon from January 2013 to January 2017, also in the capacity of Manager for Compensation and Business Analysis, showcasing a strong background in compensation strategy and business analytics.
