Nathalie McLauchlin

Nathalie McLauchlin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation and operational leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Transformation and Vice President of Organizational Improvement at Alectra since October 2021, Nathalie previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Alectra Energy Solutions from January 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, Nathalie served in various roles at Alectra, including Acting Vice President of Conservation and Demand Management and Director of Program Operations. Nathalie's career began at PowerStream Inc and the Ontario Power Authority, where Nathalie contributed as Manager of Program Operations and Manager of Engineering, respectively. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Engineering from Concordia University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
