Philander Khuu

Philander Khuu is an experienced Design Supervisor currently employed at Alectra since March 2017, with responsibilities including the preparation and review of electrical conversions for Transit Projects, cost estimation using AutoCAD, Microstation, and SpidaCalc software, and conducting field inspections. Prior to this role, Philander worked as an Engineering Technician at Hydro One Brampton, where responsibilities included high-quality construction designs, data collection, and project risk assessments. Philander also has experience as a Survey Technician, an instructor at Seneca College, a Sustainability Research & Planning Assistant at Sustainable Hamilton, and a Field Technician at Terraprobe Inc. Philander holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Public Policy from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction & Environment from George Brown College.
