Rossana Broderick

Rossana Broderick currently serves as Vice President of Learning & Organizational Change Management at Alectra, a position held since September 2018. Previously, Rossana held the role of Director of Change Management & Communications at Alectra Utilities from March 2017 to August 2018. From January 2013 to February 2017, Rossana was the Director of Human Resources, Culture & HSE at Hydro One Brampton, focusing on employee engagement, human resources strategy, and diversity initiatives. Earlier in their career, Rossana served as Manager of HR & Strategy and Human Resources Consultant at Hydro One Networks Inc. Rossana Broderick holds an Honours B.A. with a double major in Sociology and Languages from the University of Toronto and is certified as a CHRL and Prosci, as well as being a TMCP.
