Stephanie Schiraldi is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations & Support at Alectra since February 2017, Stephanie has previously held multiple roles at PowerStream Inc from 2006 to 2017, including Manager, IT Operations & Support, Supervisor, IT Support, and Service Desk Analyst. Stephanie's educational background includes an Executive Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management (2021-2022), a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology from Ryerson University, and a Diploma in Business Computer Systems from Seneca Polytechnic.
