Lauren Lovelady

Lauren Lovelady (O'Neill) has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as a Campus Representative for Vince Camuto. From there, they worked as an intern at Brazos Valley March of Dimes, where they assisted with event planning, social media management, and community outreach. In 2015, Lauren joined Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiter and later became an Account Manager. Lauren then moved to The HT Group as an Account Executive before joining Abilitie as a Client Specialist in Leadership Development. In 2020, Lauren joined GeoBlue as a Learning And Development Specialist. Lauren then worked at Homeward as a Learning and Development Manager and later as a Senior Learning & Development Manager. Currently, they are employed at Alegeus as a Team Lead in Enterprise Talent Development.

Lauren Lovelady (O’Neill) obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication with a minor in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Lauren then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania, in addition to certifications in Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin and Learning WebEx Training Center from LinkedIn.
