Lucien Tavano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lucien currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Alegria.group since June 2021. In addition, they are a guest lecturer at SKEMA Business School, starting in March 2023.
Prior to their current roles, Lucien worked at AirDev from June 2019 to June 2021. Lucien held positions such as Product Director, Product Manager, and No-Code Developer during their tenure.

Lastly, Lucien worked as a Sales Manager at STELIA AEROSPACE (AIRBUS) from May 2011 to December 2015, starting as a Sales Manager before advancing to Senior Sales Manager.

Lucien Tavano has a strong educational background, with a focus on business and engineering. Starting in 2003, they attended the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, where they pursued a MSc in Mechanical Engineering. Lucien remained at this institution until 2009, gaining a solid foundation in the field.
Following their completion of the mechanical engineering program, Lucien Tavano enrolled at ESSEC Business School in 2009.
