Lindsay Corona

Lindsay Corona is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and project management. Since July 2010, Lindsay has held various roles at Alera Group, including Benefits Administration & Technology Project Manager and Supervisor of Employee Services, where responsibility included overseeing Billing, Customer Service, and Data Processing teams, as well as ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations. Previous positions included Enrollment Supervisor and Group Benefits Administrator, where Lindsay managed billing operations and client communication for a diverse client base. Prior experience includes an OIT student worker role at St. John Fisher College and a Customer Service Representative position at Concentrix.
