Aaron Leppin

Aaron Leppin serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology Infrastructure & Operations at Alera Group, Inc., beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Director of Infrastructure at CDW from February 2022 to November 2023. Aaron's extensive experience includes leadership roles at HUB International, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Infrastructure and Cloud to Sr. Manager and Manager in Cloud and Infrastructure Operations between October 2017 and February 2022. In earlier positions, Aaron served as IT Operations Supervisor at Winston & Strawn LLP, Director of Network Services at Common Sense Solutions, and operated as an IT Consultant for various companies in the Chicagoland area. Aaron's foundational experience includes roles such as Service Delivery Manager/Lead Systems Engineer at TransTech Consulting Services, Network Engineer at Worknet, Inc., Network Manager for the Federation of Animal Science Societies, and Network Administrator at One-to-One Service.com. Aaron completed a Bachelor's degree in Computing Information Systems at DePaul University and also studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
