Justin Foa

Justin Foa is a seasoned professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Market Leader for the Tri-State region at Alera Group, Inc. since July 2023. Justin has been the President and CEO of Foa & Son since October 2000, demonstrating long-term leadership and expertise in the field. Previous roles include Vice President at Aon Risk Services, where responsibilities included Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence within the Insurance Division, and an Account Executive at both Marsh and Johnson & Higgins. Justin began the professional journey as an Account Executive at Alexander & Alexander, Inc. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Justin earned a BS in Economics, focusing on Insurance, Legal Studies, and Marketing, following an academic foundation from Stuyvesant High School and The Dalton School.
