Winnie Man Wai LAU has a diverse work experience. Winnie Man Wai began their career in 2013 as Internal Vice President for the Economics and Finance Student Committee, where they developed event management skills and improved their leadership and communication skills. In 2014, they interned at HSBC Commercial Banking. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Synpulse Management Consulting as a Consultant, and from 2018 to 2020, they worked at Aurexia Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, they have been working as a Sales Engineer for LeapXpert Messaging Orchestration Platform since 2020.

Winnie Man Wai LAU attended HKUST Business School from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics & Finance. Prior to that, they attended CNEC Christian College from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained their Secondary Education with a focus in Economics, Chemistry and Biology.
