Kyle Samuel

Kyle Samuel is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of National Operations at Alera Group, Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Chief Operating Officer at McGriff from March 2022 to September 2023, and was President of M&T Insurance Agency from May 2018 to March 2022, where services included property & casualty, surety, and employee benefits solutions. Additional experience includes key roles at USI Insurance Services and Wells Fargo Insurance Services, both as Managing Director, as well as an extensive tenure at Aon Risk Solutions as Senior Vice President and Sales Director. Kyle began the career as a Senior Underwriter at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Colorado College.
