Vanessa Florio

Vanessa Florio, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management, Engagement & Learning at AlerisLife since March 2022, Vanessa also held the role of Sr. Director - Purpose, Culture & Growth. Prior to AlerisLife, Vanessa worked at Royal Caribbean International as the Global Talent Management, HR Director from April 2019 to April 2022. Vanessa's broad experience includes significant tenures at Starbucks as the Regional Head of Human Resources and as a Human Resources Associate, as well as a position as Senior Human Resources Manager at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Relationship Manager at Smith Barney Brokerage Firm.
