Phil Cooper

Phil Cooper has held numerous positions since 2014. Phil began as a Governor and Trustee for Taunton School, a co-educational, non-selective, boarding and day school of approximately 1100 students. Phil then became Director and Owner of PSMC Consultancy Limited, an industry advisor in the Medical Device Industry. In 2016, they were appointed Non Executive Director for LiDCO Group PLC, an AIM listed company on the London Stock Exchange, and Director for Belfield Teignmouth LLP. In 2018, they became Non Executive Director Supervisory Board for Soest Medical Group and Director for PSMC HOLDINGS LTD, PSMC Priory Ltd. In 2019, they were appointed Non Executive Director for Guard Medical SAS and Director for PSMC AG Limited.

Phil Cooper obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Portsmouth Business School in 1985, having studied Business Studies - Finance/Marketing Hons Degree from 1981-1985. Phil then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management from 1990-1992.
