Gianfranco Parolo

Gianfranco Parolo has extensive work experience in various finance leadership roles. Starting in 1996, they worked at Nestlé Waters, where they held positions such as Industrial Controller Italy, Finance Director Operations, and Head of Finance Operations. In these roles, Gianfranco led teams, implemented cost optimization strategies, and drove continuous improvement initiatives. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at Nestlé Waters and Nestlé Waters Europe as Finance Director and CFO. During this time, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, innovation projects, and driving revenue growth. In 2023, Gianfranco joined Alessi as the Chief Financial Officer.

Gianfranco Parolo obtained a degree in Economics with a focus on Finance and Control from the University of Pavia in Italy from 1989 to 1994. In 2006, they also attended the London Business School for a Leadership Development program.
