Fabiola King has over 18 years of experience in customer experience and market research, currently serving as an Especialista en Experiencia del Cliente at Alestra since June 2008. In this role, Fabiola focuses on integrating the Voice of the Customer throughout the value chain, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative market research. Prior to Alestra, Fabiola held various positions, including Especialista Planeación Estratégica y Satisfacción del Cliente at Productos Urman and multiple roles as a market research executive at Integración Total. Fabiola began a Master's degree in Customer Experience Management at OBS Business School in September 2024, following a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2005.
