Shane Friederich

Shane Friederich is an accomplished executive specializing in sourcing, development, production, and quality management within the apparel and jewelry industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sourcing, Development, Production, and Quality at ALEX AND ANI since May 2022, Shane also holds the position of Head of Operations, Sourcing and Supply Chain Contractor at Global Services Inc. since January 2018. Previously, Shane held significant roles at Hybrid Apparel, HSM Jewelry Factory, and Chamilia, LLC, overseeing operations, product development, and merchandising. With a strong background in international sourcing and a focus on compliance and logistics across various markets including Southeast Asia and Africa, Shane's expertise is complemented by a solid educational foundation from Hamline University.
