John Stambelos has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology, particularly in the legal industry. John currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Quinn Emanuel, where they manage the firm's IT operations and utilizes their expertise in legal technology to provide top-notch IT services. Prior to their role at Quinn Emanuel, John was the Principal at Stambelos Consulting, LLC, where they helped businesses develop strong cybersecurity programs. John also served as the CISO at Ping, Inc., an enterprise SaaS company that automates timekeeping for lawyers. John's extensive experience includes working as the Director of Information Technology at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where they oversaw all aspects of the firm's IT department and implemented various cybersecurity controls for clients. John also played a key role as the Manager of Information Technology at Katten Muchin Rosenman, managing the IT department for the California offices of a large Chicago-based law firm. Before that, they worked as the LAN Manager at Keck Mahin & Cate and as the Records Manager at Foley and Lardner.
