Paul Kirchmeier

Paul Kirchmeier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and business development across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Alex Therapeutics, Paul has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director of Operations & Strategy and Director/Head of Business Development at NuvoAir, and Director of Technology and Emerging Businesses at Ericsson, where Paul also acted as an Advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier in Paul’s career, notable consulting experience was gained as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger. Paul Kirchmeier holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) with a Double Degree from Copenhagen Business School and Università Bocconi, earned between 2010 and 2012.
