Sean Higgins is a director in the Chicago office. He collaborates with clients across multiple industries, including life sciences, healthcare and technology. Sean’s key focus areas include local and global transformations across all commercial areas – marketing, sales and service. Sean applies his expertise by understanding addressable markets, customer journeys and building out practical solutions in order to help clients optimize complex sales models. Sean also supports AGI’s Digital Transformation practice.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Sean served as an assistant unit manager at Liberty National. In this role, Sean established and maintained relationships with business owners, facilitated staffing activities and worked as project manager for implementing new CRM software. Sales experience includes financial services and energy solutions. Sean has a B.S. from Butler University and is a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
