Silvia Umnikova

Silvia Umnikova began their work experience in 2005 at Alexander Hughes, where they held various roles including Managing Director and Executive Search Consultant. Silvia focused on recruiting top-level executives for global companies in both Eastern and Western Europe. In 2011, they joined BESA as a Management Board Member and later became the Chair of the Management Board. In 2022, they joined Alexander Hughes Human Capital as a Global Human Capital Consultant, specializing in Hogan Certification.

Silvia Umnikova completed their Executive Leadership program at Cornell University in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from New Bulgarian University between 2004 and 2006. Silvia also holds a Master of Science degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they earned from 1990 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Silvia obtained Hogan Assessments Certifications in 2023 and 2021, as well as an upcoming Hogan Advanced Interpretation Certification in 2023 from Hogan Assessments.
