Paula Lambert

Paula Lambert has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving at Alexander & Schmidt since February 2018, where responsibilities include sourcing independent contractors, screening qualifications, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment databases. Previously, Paula worked as an Admission and Recruitment Specialist at the Insurer's Loss Control Institute from February 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that role, Paula was also with Alexander & Schmidt from February 2011 to February 2017 in the same talent acquisition capacity. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University, having studied there from 1986 to 1989, and previously attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1986.
