Susan Matheson has extensive experience in customer service management within the relocation industry, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Alexander's Mobility Services since April 2019, overseeing various teams, including Private Client and International. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Customer Service Manager at Ace Relocation Systems from February 2007 to March 2019, where responsibilities included supporting military and government shipments, as well as overseeing domestic and international logistics. Susan also served as Customer Service Supervisor at Ace World Wide and began their career at Alexander's Mobility Services as a Customer Service Representative, managing high-volume accounts. Susan holds an Associate of Science degree in Legal Secretary Studies from Humphreys University.
