Andrew Lerch, LBC, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Alexandria Industries since June 2012. With a focus on quick response manufacturing, Andrew has successfully led continuous improvement projects and optimized manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency. Previously, Andrew held roles as Manufacturing Engineer and Engineering Intern, where significant contributions included the design and prototyping of automated washing solutions and cost estimations for various designs. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from St. Cloud State University in December 2014, where a solid foundation in mechanical design, controls, and lean methodologies was established.
