Esther Liu

Esther Liu is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Alexandria Real Estate Equities since June 2013, Esther has effectively recruited and managed candidate pipelines utilizing various networking strategies. Prior to this role, Esther interned at Halston as a Human Resources Intern, where responsibilities included recruiting and coordinating the hiring process. Experience also includes positions as an Insurance Agent and Client Services Specialist at Semaphore Holdings, LLC, where sales were increased through innovative marketing strategies, and as a Payroll Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Semaphore Tax, LLP. Esther holds a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine.
