Keith Downs

Keith Downs has over two decades of experience in providing tax consulting services to a wide range of clients, including closely held businesses, partnerships, S corporations, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and high net-worth individuals. Keith has held leadership positions at companies such as Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., Squar Milner LLP, and KPMG US. Keith holds a Master of Science in Accountancy with a concentration in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
