Sarah Bates

Sarah Bates has extensive experience in real estate and event management, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Legal Transactions at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since October 2016. In this role, Sarah oversees real estate acquisitions, ensuring that over $39 million in assets are effectively processed and securitized. Previously, Sarah was a Senior Transaction Manager at Lease Advisors, managing lease acquisitions and customizing Salesforce for operational needs. Additional experience includes serving as Studio Manager at Linnea Lenkus Fine Art Studios and as an Account Manager at Global Experience Specialists, where responsibilities included managing trade shows and enhancing customer service. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Meetings and Event Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
