Marisa Stanley

Marisa Stanley, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) since October 2023, overseeing a $54 million budget and a diverse housing portfolio of 1,140 apartments, alongside the administration of 1,620 Housing Choice Vouchers. Prior to ARHA, Marisa held the position of Chief Financial Officer - Senior Vice President at Columbia Housing, managing a $65 million budget and over 6,000 housing units. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Financial Consultant at Emphasys Software, Accounting Manager at the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston, and various positions in accounting and finance dating back to the late 1990s. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Johnson C. Smith University.
