Elsa Sirou

Elsa Sirou is an accomplished regulatory professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Associate Regulatory Affairs Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Elsa worked as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Acticor Biotech from September 2023 to August 2024, and held the same title at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from March 2017 to August 2023, focusing on global regulatory affairs and development strategy in neurology. Elsa began the career at Bayer Consumer Care AG as a Regulatory Strategy Intern in mid-2016. Elsa holds a Master’s Degree in International Drug Development and Registration from Paris-Sud University and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the same institution.
